'Syria' girl's sister's appeal: 'Let us know you are safe'
Halima Khanom, the sister of Kadiza Sultana, one of three girls who are believed to have fled to Syria to join Islamic State (IS), has urged her to contact her family to let them know she is safe.
Amira Abase, Shamima Begum, both 15, and Kadiza Sultana, 16, travelled to Turkey on Tuesday and it is feared they plan to join IS.
It is not clear whether the London girls - all "star GCSE pupils" - have crossed from Turkey into Syria.
In a statement, the sister of Kadiza Sultana, Halima Khanom, said "we all miss you and love you".
