Eurosceptic and Europhile sides on EU referendum in UK

David Cameron is promising an in-out referendum on British membership of the European Union in 2017 if the Conservative Party wins an outright majority in May's general election.

In a Daily Politics film, Adam Fleming looked at how the Eurosceptic and Europhile groups were preparing for such an outcome, and what lessons there may be from the Scottish referendum.
