Tom Brake on Lib Dem 'right to own' home plan
The Liberal Democrats are gathering in Liverpool for their spring conference, a final rallying call before what Nick Clegg describes as a "long, hard campaign" up to the general election.
Tom Brake, Deputy Leader of the House of Commons, said their "rent-to-own" homes plan would make a "very substantial dent in what is a huge problem" if they have power from May.
And he spoke to Andrew Neil about other plans, including 10mph zones outside schools and more devolution around England.
