Ed Miliband: 'This is a Budget people won't believe'
Chancellor George Osborne has set out his final Budget before the election, saying Britain is "walking tall again" after five years of coalition government.
However, Labour leader Ed Miliband described his plans as "a Budget that people won't believe", and said that the chancellor had "failed the working families of Britain".
