Budget 2015: Osborne announces 'death of tax return'
The chancellor has announced the end of the "complex, costly and time consuming" tax return that 12 million people in the UK have to fill out each year.
George Osborne used a line known to many from adverts, as he told MPs that "tax really does not have to be taxing".
He pledged a "revolutionary simplification for tax collection" starting next year, as he spoke of the death of the annual tax return.
