Chancellor George Osborne on July Budget plans

George Osborne has said that he will deliver a new Budget on 8 July that will be aimed at "working people".

The Chancellor said he did not want to wait to "deliver on the commitments we made".

"It will continue with the balanced plan we have", he added.
