PMQs: Cameron and Harman on child benefit and tax credits

The prime minister was asked about welfare pledges by Harriet Harman, and whether he was committed to keeping child benefit and tax credits for the full five years of the new Parliament.

David Cameron said he had made his commitment "very clear" and again asked the Labour leader about housing figures, following on from a previous exchange.

And he went on to say that Ed Miliband lost the election and Ed Balls lost his seat, with a jibe that "the messengers have gone but the message is still the same".
