PMQs: Cameron and Shah on Bradford and Northern Powerhouse

A new MP who asks why her city of Bradford "continues to be neglected" in the government's Northern Powerhouse plans, initially queried if David Cameron ever answered a question at PMQs.

The prime minister praised Labour's Naz Shah for winning George Galloway's former seat, and said the spending power per Bradford home was almost £300 more than the English average.
