David Cameron to set out EU reform demands at summit
David Cameron is set to lay out his demands for reforming the UK's relationship with the EU when he addresses the 27 other member states later this week.
The meeting on Thursday is likely to set the tone for negotiations ahead of the UK's in/out referendum, promised before the end of 2017.
The BBC's Katya Adler reports from Spain on how the prime minister's proposals are likely to be received.
