PMQs: Cameron and Robertson on Scottish powers and votes

Scottish MPs will be "excluded from parts of the democratic process in Westminster" that will affect their nation, the SNP's leader at Westminster has claimed.

Angus Robertson questioned the prime minster on English votes for English laws (EVEL). He said Scottish MPs had been outvoted over the Scotland Bill and that the government was now planning to introduce "second class status" for Scottish MPs.

But Mr Cameron said English MPs were "entirely excluded" from Scottish health and education issues, and the proposals put forward were "measured and sensible".

And he said it was time for the SNP to say how it would use its powers - and how this would affect tax and benefits.
