Livingstone: Corbyn offers 'credible economic alternative'

Ken Livingstone says that Jeremy Corbyn offers a "credible economic alternative" to what is currently going on in the country.

The former London mayor argues the only reason for the furore over his potential victory is because the "Westminster establishment" does not want someone from outside their "clique" winning power.

He argues that Mr Corbyn can "modernise the economy" something Labour, and the Conservatives, have failed to do in the past.

He criticised his party for campaigning on doing "pretty much what the Tories are doing but not quite as nasty".
