Labour leadership contest: Voting gets under way

Voting is now under way in the Labour leadership election.

Ballot papers have started to arrive for the 610,000 supporters eligible to vote.

They will choose between the four candidates - Andy Burnham, Yvette Cooper, Liz Kendall and Jeremy Corbyn.

Former Foreign Secretary David Miliband has become the latest senior Labour figure to warn of the dangers of electing as leader the left-wing backbencher, Jeremy Corbyn, who is tipped to win.
