UKIP starts its own No campaign for EU referendum

The UK Independence Party has decided to launch its own No campaign for the upcoming referendum on the UK's membership of the European Union.

They have decided against joining up with either of the two exisiting No campaigns.

The Electoral Commission must now decide which will be the official campaign to be awarded public funding, and TV broadcasts.
