Chancellor George Osborne announces floods funding

Angela Eagle and George Osborne discussed funding for those hit by floods at Prime Minister's Questions.

The Chancellor, who was filling in for David Cameron, announced that the Government was to make a £50m fund available for families and businesses affected by the floods in Cumbria and Lancashire.
