Rory O'Keeffe on UK mistakes over Libya intervention

Author and journalist Rory O'Keeffe says the UK has made mistakes over its Libya intervention.

In a personal film for This Week, the author and journalist, who has lived in Sirte, said there was "little evidence" about Western governments' fears over so-called Islamic State members from Syria and Iraq running to Libya.

And he said: "Barack Obama was right to call his failure to stick around after launching his F1-11s the biggest mistake of his premiership. David Cameron, who made the same mistake, could make the same admission."
