Hammond: Foreign Office cat has Twitter following

The Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond has told MPs that his department's cat is on course to have more Twitter followers than him.

Palmerston the cat was adopted by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office last month to deal with an infestation of mice.
