Liam Fox MP: 'We must make the best of our freedom'

Conservative leadership contender Liam Fox has told the BBC's Naga Munchetty that the EU referendum result had prompted a "new dawn" in the UK.

He said optimism and hope were needed and it was time "to make the best of our freedom".
