Carswell: 'UKIP is needed as the voice of ordinary people'
UKIP is looking for a new leader after Nigel Farage announced his resignation on Monday.

UKIP's only MP, Douglas Carswell, said UKIP was still needed, and that Mr Farage had done "an amazing job".
