PMQs: Robertson and May on Russian refuelling in Spain

Angus Robertson called on Theresa May to put pressure on Spain to stop Russian ships "refuelling and being resupplied" in Spanish ports, as they head towards potential action in Aleppo.

Theresa May said the Russians were "already able to unleash attacks on innocent civilians in Syria" and the focus should be on a political transition in Syria.
