Suzanne Evans: 'I question the legitimacy of this case'

Candidate in the UKIP leadership race, Suzanne Evans, says she feels judges "should be subject to some sort of democratic control".

The government is to give its official response later to the High Court's decision that Parliament should vote on the formal process of leaving the EU. Suzanne Evans told the Today programme she "questions the legitimacy of this particular case".
