You Me at Six's Josh Franceschi to music ticket touts
A musician has called for ticket sellers who "force fans to pay hiked-up prices" to face fines or be jailed.
You Me at Six's Josh Franceschi, who has addressed MPs on the culture, media and sport committee, said the touts buy them for re-sale on secondary web-sites which "masquerade as fan-to-fan market places".
In a personal film for the Daily Politics soapbox series from the Alexandra Palace venue, he said some of the music industry had come together under the Fan Fair Alliance to fight the touts.
