'No quick fix' solution to problem in prisons

An undercover BBC Panorama investigation has revealed widespread drug abuse and lax security at one of the biggest prisons in the country.

Lord Woolf, Chair of the Prison Reform Trust and the former Lord Chief Justice, tells The World at One there is no "quick fix" solution and that prison reforms will not work unless numbers of inmates are reduced.
