Giles Fraser and Hugo Rifkind on Brexit claims

Guardian columnist and priest Giles Fraser says he voted enthusiastically for Brexit to "enhance our democracy" on BBC1's Question Time.

But he is accused of sounding "callous" by Times columnist Hugo Rifkind.
