Labour: If you don't pay you should 'be frightened'

Shadow Foreign Secretary Emily Thornberry tells Today people who avoid taxes should be "frightened of a Labour government".

She says the Labour party "is prepared to make a radical change" to tackle the problem of the "elite who believe taxes don't apply to them".
