EU's Barnier calls for 'legal certainty' over citizens' rights

The EU's Brexit negotiator has said he has started working on the "substance" of negotiations with UK Brexit Secretary David Davis.

However, speaking in Brussels after talks with Mr Davis, Michel Barnier called for "legal certainty" for EU citizens.
