Peter Hitchens and Caroline Lucas on drug laws and policy

As a mother of two sons, Green MP Caroline Lucas said it was "absolutely" true that teenagers could get hold of drugs more easily than alcohol.

She was debating William Hague's call for decriminalisation with columnist Peter Hitchens, who said the police and courts should enforce the current laws, as he looked back to the introduction of drink drive legislation.
