Jacob Rees-Mogg plays 'Rule, Britannia!' in the Commons

Breaking a Parliamentary rule, the Leader of the House prompts laughter in the Commons when he played a clip of Rule, Britannia! to MPs.

Jacob Rees-Mogg had been asked about the BBC’s plan to drop the lyrics and play just the music on the Last Night of the Proms, a decision which has since been reversed.
