Brexit: Barnier staying 'hopefully very good sign'

Brandon Lewis MP says the EU's chief Brexit negotiator remaining in London is "hopefully a very good sign" for a post-Brexit trade deal.

The Northern Ireland Secretary was asked about the decision from Michel Barnier – who was due to go home on Sunday – by the BBC's Andrew Marr.
