Boris Johnson on Downing Street flat refurbishment costs

Boris Johnson says the government "will comply with whatever they want" over the Electoral Commission into the refurbishment of the Downing Street flat.

He said there was not "anything to worry about". and he was "focusing on the stuff that really matters".
