Angela Rayner on Boris Johnson and Downing Street flat costs

Labour’s Angela Rayner said it was "disgusting" that Boris Johnson thought there was nothing to see over an Electoral Commission probe into paying for the refurbishment works of the Downing Street flat.

The deputy party leader said the prime minister needed to tell people where the money initially came from. The PM says he has covered the costs out of his own pocket.
