Sturgeon: Referendum court challenge would be 'absurd'
Scotland's First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, says it would be "absurd" if things ever got close to the point of the UK government going to court over another independence referendum.
She said that would mean the Conservatives were refusing to accept the democratic wishes of the Scottish people.
