Covid: Labour's Angela Rayner responds to PM's Plan B statement

Angela Rayner has given her response to the PM's Covid Commons statement, saying she supports Plan B staying in England.

But she reminded Boris Johnson that if Labour hadn't backed the Plan B vote, the NHS "would be facing even greater pressures".
