Keir Starmer: Government energy plan cobbled together
Sir Keir Starmer has said that the government's energy plan "isn't enough" and many of the schemes should have been done over the last 12 years.
"Political squabbling" in the Conservative party means that initiatives such as home insulation have been left out of the document, he said.
