Dominic Raab: Human rights credibility has been undermined

Justice Secretary Dominic Raab has told the BBC that the way human rights law has developed has not been subject to proper democratic oversight.

He said a British Bill of Rights would allow freedom of speech, while also preventing judges from getting involved in asylum seeker deportations.
