Ukraine war: Johnson says Putin wouldn't have invaded if he were a woman
UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has claimed the "crazy, macho" invasion of Ukraine by Vladimir Putin wouldn't have happened if the Russian president were a woman.
Johnson called the invasion a "perfect example of toxic masculinity" and called for "more women in positions of power".
His comments came ahead of a Nato meeting in Madrid where members are currently discussing how to respond to future threats.
