Rishi Sunak says he can't solve the issue around energy bills for everyone

Conservative leadership candidate Rishi Sunak has said he can't solve everyone's energy bills problems, but explained his plans include targeted support pensioners and those on the lowest incomes.

Speaking on Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg the former chancellor said that as prime minister he would go further than the support already announced, and everybody would receive financial assistance.
