Labour's Wes Streeting on Tory government plans for NHS
The government is "out of ideas" without a clue about how to solve health service problems, Labour has said.
Shadow health secretary Wes Street claimed Tory ministers had promised a digital revolution in the NHS some 17 times since 2010, while patients were "waiting longer than ever before in A&E".
