Sunak 'stands by' manifesto commitment on fracking
Green MP Caroline Lucas asked Rishi Sunak PM if he would reverse a decision by Liz Truss to allow fracking in England where there was local consent.
He said he would "stand by" the party manifesto's moratorium on in and added the government had passed the "landmark" Environment Act.
