Sir Keir Starmer: Lords reform would be driving mission of Labour government
The Labour leader has said the first five years of a Labour government would see the House of Lords abolished.
Sir Keir Starmer told BBC political editor Chris Mason he wanted the talks and consultations to be held now so Labour would be "delivering" in office.
