Rwanda ruling: Rishi Sunak welcomes High Court ruling

The High Court has ruled that the government's plan to send some asylum seekers to Rwanda is lawful.

Prime minister Rishi Sunak was speaking from Riga in Latvia, where he met with his Nordic, Dutch and Baltic counterparts.
