Penny Mordaunt: Government made commitments to increase defence spending

The government has "made commitments that we are going to increase defence spending", Commons leader Penny Mordaunt has said.

She was speaking on Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, a day after PM Rishi Sunak called on allies to "double down" in their support of Ukraine.
