Baroness Louise Casey: Met Police 'just not good enough'
The crossbench peer spoke to the BBC about her recent report on the culture of the Metropolitan Police, which found institutional racism, sexism and homophobia across the force.
Baroness Casey was asked to investigate the force's performance following the murder of Sarah Everard by a serving police officer.
She told the Political Thinking with Nick Robinson podcast what she had found was "just not good enough" and "all a bit shocking".
