Dowden: We are delivering 'record levels of housing'

Angela Rayner claimed the deputy prime minister was blaming the opposition for the government record on housing.

But Oliver Dowden said this government had built more council houses than when Labour were in power and there were record levels of housing being built.

He added the “record is clear” and Labour only delivered “broken promises”.
