Michael Gove names seven councils with 'worst' housing plans
Housing secretary Michael Gove has listed seven English councils that he claims have failed to adopt plans to deal with home building.
Mr Gove was giving a speech outlining plans to speed up planning decisions and see more homes built in England.
The 2019 Conservative manifesto pledged to build 300,000 homes a year by the mid-2020s - but that figure that has not yet been met.
