Minister's cats get a name check in Commons debate
An environment minister explains the role of her two cats - Mr Tipps and Raffa - since she lost her husband and her children left home.
Rebecca Pow supported the private member's bill to make cat and dog theft a criminal offence, which is backed by the government.
The Pet Abduction Bill was brought forward by Conservative MP Anna Firth.
