Blair: World is undergoing new Industrial Revolution

Sir Tony Blair has said that current global changes are of "even greater magnitude" than the 19th century Industrial Revolution.

Speaking to BBC Radio 4's Political Thinking with Nick Robinson, the former PM stressed that the UK had a "massive opportunity" but also "risked falling behind" other nations.
