EU Referendum: Cameron sets out case for remaining in EU

David Cameron has presented details of the renegotiated terms of Britain's membership of the EU to MPs, and outlined his case for remaining in the union.

In a two and a half hour statement to the House of Commons, the prime minister told members he was not going to seek re-election, and had "no other agenda than what is best for our country".
