Poots: Result 'good news for democracy'

DUP MLA Edwin Poots has welcomed the decision for the UK to leave the EU, calling the result "good news for democracy".

Speaking to BBC Northern Ireland Political Editor Mark Devenport, he said it gives an opportunity to "restore sovereignty to the United Kingdom".
