Inside Scotland's proposed new gold and silver mine
Scotland's first commercial gold mine is expected to be approved on Tuesday.
A mining company has applied for permission to extract 20,000 ounces of gold and 80,000 ounces of silver every year from a mountain in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
The planning application for the Cononish Gold Mine has been rejected before on environmental grounds, but planning officials now say the revised application should be accepted.
Lorna Gordon took a look inside the proposed mine with Chris Sangster from Scotgold.
