Phil Packer reaches Scotland as part of £15m challenge

A soldier who was told he would never walk again is walking the length and breadth of Scotland to help raise £15m for young people.

Former army major Phil Packe is walk 2,012 miles across the UK to raise funds to build a centre of inspiration for young people facing adversity.

He has reached Dumfries and has more than 700 miles still to go.
